Here’s everything you need to know about ordering a personalized painting. Understanding that this is big investement, I’m dedicated to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with the final piece.

Process
After receiving the initial information, I will create mock-ups based on your different ideas. A first video call will allow us to discuss these sketches and refine them. During this call, the quote and timeline for the artwork will also be established.
Once the ideas are finalized, I will send you a final sketch that will serve as the guideline for the artwork. If this sketch is approved, a 50% deposit will be required to begin the creation process.
Throughout the creation process, I will keep you updated on the progress by sharing regular photos. If you are nearby, you are welcome to visit the studio to see the work in person. At any point, you are free to ask questions or request reasonable adjustments to the artwork.
Once the artwork is completed, it will be presented to you for validation. If everything meets your expectations, the remaining balance will be requested.
Finally, I will contact you to arrange either a hand delivery or, if needed, shipment of the artwork.
How to Place Your Order,
1. THE IDEA
Describe your project: why do you want this artwork, for whom, and for what occasion? The more details you provide, the better I can understand your vision and bring it to life. We will refine all the elements of your project together during an initial video call.
2. PHOTOS
Please select a few photos of your loved one or pet. Let me know which one you prefer, as it will serve as the basis for the artwork. Whenever possible, provide high-quality, high-resolution images to ensure the best result.
3. THE SIZE
- Mini: 8x10 inches
- Small: 9x12 inches
- Medium: 11x14 inches
- Large: 16x20 inches
If you're unsure of the ideal size for now, leave this option blank. After discussing your project, I’ll guide you toward the size best suited to your artwork.
4. THE MEDIUM
You can choose from several techniques for your project:
- Soft pastel
- Oil painting
- Charcoal (a more affordable option)

5. SPECIFIC DETAILS
Consider sharing additional information that may not be obvious but is important to you:
- Do you have specific colors you’d like me to emphasize?
- Should the artwork complement a particular room in your home?
- Would you prefer a simple background (solid or geometric) or a more detailed scene?
- For a portrait of a person, should any accessories (like a hat or scarf) be removed?
- For a pet portrait, would you like to exclude a collar or any specific markings?
6. DELIVERY OR IN-PERSON PICK-UP
If you live in the Greater Montreal area, an in-person pick-up is possible.
Otherwise, I will provide you with shipping rates. Your artwork will be carefully packaged, and a tracking number will be provided so you can follow its journey.
